Sashlite Signs on Two New Fabricators
Sashlite Technology announced that it has signed on two new fabricators: North East Building Products and Accuweld, both are window fabricators from Pennsylvania.
Sashlite president Bob Hornung says the company is pleased to have these companies join the Sashlite family. The companies will be manufacturing a full line of double hungs, sliders and picture windows.
"By adopting the Sashlite technology, these companies are confident that they will increase their market share by offering higher-end products," said Hornung.
Executive of both companies said they are thrilled to begin their partnership with Sashlite.
"We anticipate high growth due to tremendous dealer interest in the Sashlite technology," said Alan Levine, CEO of North East Building Products. "North East is focusing the Sashlite product towards the high-end market due to its aesthetic value and its superior structural and thermal performance."
Randy Overcash, vice president of sales at Accuweld says there is already tremendous
interest in Sashlite from retailers, particularly those who are interested in
offering their customers the latest and most cutting-edge technology.
Craig Seller, Accuweld CEO wholeheartedly agrees and said he anticipates that the company will order an additional Sashlite line in order to meet the demand.
"Accuweld is going into its 25th year of fabricating windows for the
residential market. I believe that this technology is the biggest innovation since
the transformation from mechanical to welded windows," he added. "Within
three to five years, Sashlite will be the insulating glass system of choice in
the United States."
