Nordson Introduces VersaBlue Melters to Offer Increased Flexibility

Nordson Corp., of Duluth, Ga., has introduced its VersaBlueÒ 50 adhesive melters which the company says offers enhanced flexibility, reliability, durability and performance to high-volume, high speed product assembly, packaging and nonwovens operations.

The melters offer variable-speed AC motors and multiple pump selections to meet specific manufacturing requirements. They are available in 12 and 25-liter sizes and will be available in 100-liter sizes in mid 2004. The company adds that the grid and reservoir tank design reduces adhesive degradation while maximizing adhesive throughput.
