The board of directors of Window Technologies LLC has appointed Donald Howarth as president and chief executive officer. Prior, Howarth served as vice president for CECO Door Products where he was credited for "best in class" customer service, establishing quality quick-ship programs, while significantly lowering manufacturing costs.
