Germany's S+S Acquires Hess GMBH; E& R Systems to Market Product Line

Schafberger and Sproedhuber (S+S) of Resensberg Germany announced the acquisition of the company formerly known as Hess GMBH + CO.Kg of Balingen Wedstettn Germany. The Hess frame claming machines and programs will be integrated into the S+S range and will be marketed in the United States as S+S Hess which will be marketed by E&R Systems Technik of Springfield, Mass.

The company' product line includes frame clamping machines for window and door production, universal multi-purpose presses, table top presses and much more.
