GED Announces Marketing Management Change
GED Integrated Solutions has announced changes to the leadership of its marketing department.
Pete Chojnacki, former director of marketing and I/T, has left GED to fulfill a life-long goal of owning his own business. Chojnacki and several industry partners recently purchased FabTech LLC, a storefront, curtainwall and door fabrication business.
“Pete has been a strong part of the management team at GED for more than seven years. He and the rest of the marketing team have done a great job communicating GED Integrated Solutions’ customer focus and innovative products and services to our customers,” said Ron Auletta, CEO and president of GED. “We wish Pete all the best in his new venture.”
Bill Weaver has been appointed to the position of vice president of sales and marketing. Weaver has more than 23 years of experience in the door and window industry. A 12-year employee of GED, he served most recently as vice president of sales and service.
“Bill’s extensive industry knowledge and experience has earned him a great deal of respect—not only from the people of GED Integrated Solutions, but even more importantly from our customers and the industry as a whole,” said Auletta. “His deep customer relationships and past work in both vinyl and glass have certainly positioned him well for this new role.”
