DOE Releases Cost and Energy Savings Resource Book

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announced the availability of new cost and energy savings estimates from installing of ENERGY STAR™ qualified windows in new or existing homes. The analysis shows that in every state, installing ENERGY STAR qualified windows can lower energy bills.

DOE prepared the Cost and Energy Savings resource book to help partners use the new cost and energy savings estimates in the marketing of their ENERGY STAR qualified windows.

The resource book includes guidelines, national savings estimates, regional savings estimates, city savings estimates, facts and methodology.
