WDMA Elects New Officers and Board Members
The Window and Door Manufacturers Association (WDMA) announced several
new officer appointments and additions to its 2008-2009 board of directors.
Steve Tourek, senior vice president and general counsel for Marvin Windows
and Doors, was appointed chairman of the board. Rob Jablonski, vice president
of engineering and quality at Pella Corp., was appointed vice chairman
of the window division.
In addition to the officer appointments, the WDMA Board also appointed
two new directors to fill recent mid-term vacancies in the board. Ron
Saxton, senior vice president of external affairs for JELD-WEN, and J.
Glasnapp, vice president of corporate sustainability and quality for Andersen
Corp., joined the board on October 29.
"WDMA is fortunate to have such a distinguished and well-respected
board," said WDMA president John Stoiber. "Each member brings
different experiences and industry knowledge to the table, and I am looking
forward to working with each of them as we transform WDMA in the coming
years."
