UOP Announces Price Increase for UOP MOLSIV™

UOP LLC, a Honeywell company, has announced a price increase up to 25 percent for its MOLSIV molecular sieve adsorbents used in insulating glass windows. The price adjustments will vary by product. They are effective immediately or as contracts allow.

The Des Plaines, Ill.-based company attributes the increasing prices to the continued high costs of energy and raw materials like potassium chloride.
