Andersen and Gore Finalize Settlement Agreement on Insect Screen Case

Andersen Corp. has agreed to dismiss the patent infringement suit it filed against W.L. Gore & Associates and has granted the company a license to practice certain Andersen patents, according to a statement issued by Andersen. The suit involved transparent insect screen materials.

The details of the mutual settlement were not released.
