Truth Employee Passes Away

Robert "Bob" Rettenmaier, 68, longtime account manager for Truth Hardware, died on November 14 in Owatonna, Minn., after a long struggle with numerous health problems resulting from a surgery in June 2007.

Rettenmaier joined Truth Hardware in August 1982 and over the course of his 26 years in sales he serviced U.S. window and door manufacturers on the East Coast, the upper Midwest and parts of central Canada. Rettenmaier earned numerous sales awards during his career and was active in the industry as well as his community.
